Uvalde Bandana
As the majority of you may know, just over a week ago in Uvalde, Tx an 18 year old walked into Robb Elementary School with an AR-15 and killed nineteen, ten and eleven year old children and two teachers. As parents of three of our own kids, our hearts are completely torn apart. Nineteen innocent children gone in a matter of seconds. Children that loved art and playing on the playground with friends. Children that were a few days away from summer break. As small business owners we often struggle with how to respond in such tragic moments. What's going to make the biggest difference? We have come to the conclusion that ACTION is what will change the trajectory of our children’s future. In an effort to not only raise funds for the families in Uvalde but to leave each of you with a lasting reminder of how our efforts can be a stepping stone to ultimate change, we have designed these tote bags and bandanas in collaboration with Jayme Ditto, artist and designer from San Antonio, Tx. There are 21 Texas Wildflowers in the illustration representing the 21 lost At Robb Elementary School in Uvalde,Tx on 5/24/2022.
100% of the proceeds will be equally donated to Mom's Demand Action and The Children's Bereavement Center of South Texas. Both of these organizations will be aiding our neighbors in Uvalde for the long term.
The tote bags and bandanas are currently on order and will be shipped to you by June 21, 2022 if not sooner.
